Business Project 1 - Business Plan

So this is our first project in this subject Intro to Business. A group project that consists 4 people in one group and we are required to come out with a business plan and present it through a 10 minutes long presentation. Me and my group mates Tay Jit Ying, Yan Wai Chun, Jadyn Choo decided to come out with a pet hotel idea which our main customers are puppies and adult dogs after discussion as we think this idea is fresh and interesting. So basically our pet hotel provides a lots of services includes grooming, pick up and drop service and also accommodation.

Reflection

I've learnt a lot throughout this first project. We have done a lots of research on sales and marketing strategies and the main issue - what makes our business special as there are so many pets grooming and acoomadation centres out there nowadays. My role is to talk about the sales strategies of our business so we provide a variety of professional grooming packages and accommodation services according to different ages of dogs as the aim and concept of our business services is all about comfort. As this is a partnership business, i realise each of the roles must clearly understand their jobs well and also have a good responsibility on it so that their business only will run well and able to gain profit.
