ITD - Project 2B

TRANSFORMING 2D – 3D – The Miniature Toy Display
The last project of this module and also the most interesting and fun one. Individually student will create a miniature 3D box display for their Lego character miniature toy implementing the design elements, principles and design process. This display box will be supported by presentation boards. For the presentation boards, it require to include a series of orthographic and all our explanation and support ideas about your model.

My character is Spider-man. We have been told when the ITD class commenced as the chosen character for the DPJ 01 will be invovled in our final model. Spider-man is one my favorite superhero and this is the reason why i chosen him. Through the exploration of my toy my finalize keyword will be AGILITY as everyone knows spider-man is fast and speed.
Belows are my finalize model and presentation boards

Reflection
Finally everything comes to an end. It's a new experience for me to handle a model and 3 A2 presentation boards by my own. No matter how many times my model and ideas being rejected, it's just worth it as we always get improve ourselves from mistakes. The most interesting part is you know everything about your model, you know your toy and model the most, so it's very easy for us to communicate and explain our ideas to the audience. And also i've put a lot of effort on the presentation boards especially the drawings as the boards are very crucial when comes to an exhibition. To wrap up this project, i've learnt how to implement and demonstrate the design elements and principles and it's really an awesome project for me.
